Discretion, discipline, and delivery.

Al Hisn Partners F.Z.C is a licensed advisory and facilitation firm based in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. The firm was established to connect legitimate commercial opportunities with disciplined execution, bridging buyers, sellers, investors and institutional counterparties across the UAE, GCC and international markets.

Our practice spans commercial brokerage, trade facilitation, paymaster and disbursement coordination, consular services, property and lifestyle procurement, education advisory, tax strategy and structuring, citizenship and residency facilitation, Sharia-compliant debt structuring and financing, investor relations, management consultancy, casefile management and IT advisory. Every engagement begins with compliance screening and is governed by clear mandates, signed documentation and defined scope.

Alongside our Ajman Free Zone headquarters, we maintain a satellite base in London, United Kingdom, giving us an on-the-ground presence for UK-based matters, from consular and medical appointment support to translation, chauffeur and lifestyle concierge services across the UK, Europe and Turkey.

We work exclusively with identifiable counterparties and bankable transactions. We are not a bank, regulated investment adviser, securities broker, or virtual asset service provider. Our role is that of introducer, facilitator and adviser.

A disciplined, six-step engagement.

From first conversation to file closure, every mandate follows a defined path. Compliance is not an afterthought: it is the first screen through which every engagement passes.

i.

Initial Discussion

Understand the client, the transaction, and the required service. Clarify objectives, scope and counterparties.

ii.

Compliance Pre-Screening

Review client, counterparty, jurisdiction and transaction type against our acceptable-business criteria.

iii.

Document Collection

KYC, corporate documents, source-of-funds declarations and transaction-specific documentation.

iv.

Engagement

Execute service agreement, mandate letter or engagement letter, defining scope, deliverables and fees.

v.

Delivery

Introductions, coordination, structuring, documentation or project support, carried out under mandate.

vi.

Completion & Fees

Issue invoice, collect success fee or service fee, and formally close the file with reconciliation.

— The Al Hisn Standard

Two principals. A team that scales to the mandate.

A reasonable question about a firm offering this range is who actually does the work. The answer, plainly.

Kareem

Principal · English & Arabic

Main point of contact for English and Arabic speaking clients. Fifteen years working across the Gulf, including extended engagements within UAE and Saudi principal offices. Based between the United Kingdom and the UAE.

Mauricio

Principal · Spanish · Gold & gemstones

Based in Dubai. Leads our gold and gemstone work and is the point of contact for Spanish speaking clients across Latin America, Spain and the wider market.

Delivery team

London & Dubai

We work with an established team of freelance specialists in London and Dubai, people we have worked with for years. That means we scale to the mandate rather than carrying overhead, and you are not paying for a head office.

Partner firms

Where a licence is required

Anything requiring a regulated licence we do not hold is carried out alongside an appropriately licensed partner firm. We tell you who is doing what before the engagement starts, and we never take a fee from them for the referral.

Clear boundaries. No exceptions.

We hold ourselves to a narrow operating perimeter. The items opposite are not caveats: they are the framework within which we engage.

Client-side only

We act for the client and only the client, in every service we provide. We are retained by you, we take instructions from you, and our fee is paid by you.

We do not accept a fee, commission, rebate or referral payment from the other side of a transaction, or from any counterparty, agent, provider or institution we introduce or work alongside. Not disclosed, not discounted, not at all. If one is offered, we decline it.

  • We are paid by our client and never by the other side. No counterparty commissions, rebates or referral fees, in any service, without exception.
  • We act as introducer, facilitator and adviser, never as principal unless expressly contracted.
  • We are not a bank, licensed securities broker, escrow institution, remittance provider, virtual asset custodian, law firm or audit firm unless separately licensed for that specific activity.
  • We are not an embassy, consulate, licensed immigration adviser, real estate brokerage, licensed tax advisor, medical provider, or educational institution. Consular, property, tax, citizenship, medical booking and education-related services are provided on a coordination and facilitation basis, working alongside licensed professionals in each jurisdiction where required.
  • Chauffeur, security and lifestyle concierge services are arranged through licensed local providers in the UK, Europe and Turkey, available exclusively to subscribed members and subject to limited availability.
  • Debt structuring and financing is facilitated within a Sharia-compliant framework, reserved for businesses and individuals with a net worth above USD 50 million. References to JP Morgan, UBS, Barclays, HSBC or any other named institution reflect banks we have worked with on prior mandates. Al Hisn Partners is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in a formal partnership with any bank named on this site.
  • We will not work with sanctioned parties, unclear source of funds, fake instruments, recycled templates, or non-bankable transactions.
  • Every engagement is subject to KYC, AML and sanctions screening before execution.
  • All services are documented with matching contracts, invoices and scope of work.
  • Where an activity requires additional approval or regulated licence from UAE authorities, that must be obtained separately as applicable.

Frequently asked.

Straight answers to the questions we're asked most before a mandate begins.

Is Al Hisn Partners a licensed firm?

Yes. Al Hisn Partners F.Z.C is licensed in Ajman Free Zone, UAE, under Licence No. 53217. We operate as an introducer, facilitator and adviser, never as principal, and every engagement is governed by a signed mandate or service agreement.

Do you facilitate SBLCs, bank guarantees or letters of credit?

No. We no longer facilitate SBLC, bank guarantee, LC or monetisation transactions. This part of our historic service scope has been discontinued given the elevated fraud risk in that space. Our paymaster and disbursement coordination service remains active for legitimate, KYC-approved commercial settlements.

How are your fees structured?

Depending on the service, fees are structured as a success fee, a fixed engagement fee, or a monthly retainer. All fees are agreed in writing before work begins, with no hidden costs or verbal arrangements.

Do you handle client funds directly?

Where we provide paymaster and disbursement coordination, funds move between verified, KYC-approved parties under a signed service agreement. We are not a bank, escrow provider, or licensed remittance institution.

Which countries and regions do you cover?

We are based in the UAE and are active across the wider GCC, the United Kingdom and internationally, with services such as tax structuring and citizenship facilitation coordinated through licensed partners local to each relevant jurisdiction.

Do you have a physical presence outside the UAE?

Yes. Alongside our Ajman Free Zone headquarters, we maintain a satellite base in London, United Kingdom, giving us an on-the-ground presence for consular matters, medical appointment booking, translation and general coordination support while clients are in the UK.

How does the lifestyle concierge membership work?

Chauffeur, security coordination and lifestyle concierge across the UK, Europe and Turkey are offered exclusively to subscribed members, with limited availability at any given time. Get in touch to enquire about current membership status.

How quickly will you respond to an enquiry?

We aim to respond to every enquiry within one business day with an initial view and next steps.
